MyImpact Challenge Coming to Texas and Florida

<p>The Bill of Rights Institute’s MyImpact Challenge continues to encourage civic engagement among young people across America.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Now, in partnership with <a href="https://www.travelers.com/about-travelers/citizen-travelers" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Citizen Travelers</a>, MyImpact Challenge fairs are coming to Texas and Florida, where students will have the chance to share how they impact their local communities for a chance to win prizes. &nbsp;</p>

<p>BRI will host a <a href="https://web.cvent.com/event/6280a0fd-b57c-46ba-ade8-c69a9b399671/summary" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MyImpact Challenge Texas Civics Fair</a> on Sept. 13, 2025, at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. Registration for the event is due by Sept. 1, 2025, and is open to Texas-based young people between the ages of 13-19.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Attendees can present their civic engagement projects and how they align with <a href="https://billofrightsinstitute.org/principles-and-virtues" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">BRI’s principles and virtues</a> for a chance to win up to $2,000 in prizes. They can also “pitch” their ideas for a MyImpact Challenge project for a chance to win $250 in funding.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>BRI will also host a <a href="https://web.cvent.com/event/f807f799-e505-44f7-be8a-e3afb378cd19/summary" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MyImpact Challenge Florida Civics Fair</a> on Oct. 11, 2025, at the University of Central Florida’s Morgridge International Reading Center. Registration is due by Oct. 1, 2025, and is open to Florida-based young people between the ages of 13-19.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
