Domestic Shipping (continental U.S. only)
Standard Ground Delivery:
 11% of order with a 4.00 minium charge
Two-Day Shipping*: 15% of order with a 15.00 minimum charge
 Next Day Shipping*: 20% of the order with a 20.00 minimum order
 
*The Bill of Rights Institute processes orders 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, or on a federal holiday, will be processed the next business day.
 
Outside of the continental US will be based on actual shipping costs plus $5.00 handling fee.
