Return/Claim Policy

Claims for damaged or missing items must be made in writing within 10 working days of your receipt of the order. Returns must be received at BRI in resalable condition within 6 months of our original shipping date. A 25% shelvage fee will be charged for returned overstock items. If you were billed for the order, please include a copy of BRI's invoice and your original order with the return. Returns or claims not meeting these criteria may be refused. Shipping and handling charges and return shipping costs are not refundable except in cases of BRI error.
