The Institute publishes Supreme Court DBQs: Exploring the Cases that Changed History.

Supreme Court DBQs: Exploring the Cases that Changed HistoryResponding to teachers’ requests, the Institute produced Supreme Court DBQs; Exploring the Cases that Changed History, a series of document-based questions requiring students to analyze the constitutional issues at the heart of some of the most important Supreme Court decisions in American history.

Unlike the Institute’s other educational materials, Supreme Court DBQs does not include lesson plans.  Instead, it is filled with primary source documents and questions that require students to synthesize and analyze information.
