December 2000: 

The Bill of Rights Institute provides instructional units to 2,700 teachers in Pennsylvania for classroom celebrations of “Bill of Rights Week.”

With a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Bill of Rights Institute designed and distributed an instructional unit on the origins of United States Bill of Rights and the Pennsylvania Constitution of 1776 Declaration of Rights to assist Pennsylvania teachers meet the state requirement to teach about the Bill of Rights during Bill of Rights week (December 10-15).
